The majority of our stock is antique or vintage furniture and will typically show age related wear of some degree, we always give an honest description and show as many pictures of defects as possible.

Returns

Customers who purchase from us via online or telephone orders have the right to cancel an order even if the goods aren’t faulty within 14 days

It is the customers responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of the item if it is not faulty. If the item purchased is faulty or damaged in transit we will reimburse any costs involved.

We cannot accept responsibility for furniture not fitting or not being able to get in doorways, it is down to the customer to measure all the relevant access and spaces. We will always do our best to help if this is the case and hopefully find a solution, if you are in any doubt regarding the size or description of the the piece then please get in touch.

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, PayPal and Bank Transfer.

Your details are completely secure when making a payment with us, We are fully PCI compliant ( Certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant). This is the most stringent level of certification available.
